Event Recap

7th Luxembourg–Poland Business Conference

On Wednesday, 22 October, LPCC hosted the 7th edition of the Luxembourg–Poland Business Conference at the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce, welcoming nearly 100 fund managers, legal counsels, and service providers. This year’s theme, Luxembourg’s Private Fund Landscape, focused on how Polish fund managers can best leverage Luxembourg’s fund structures and expertise.

Organised in partnership with the Polish Investment & Trade Agency and sponsored by ProService Finteco, the conference offered a full day of expert dialogue on fund structuring, operational realities, and cross-border collaboration. Speakers compared Luxembourg’s key fund vehicles, addressed cost and compliance challenges, explored real-life fund case studies, and highlighted Poland’s growing role in the ecosystem through technological innovation.

LPCC & LPEA Co-Host Private Equity Seminar in Warsaw

On 30 September, the Luxembourg–Poland Chamber of Commerce (LPCC), together with the Luxembourg Private Equity & Venture Capital Association (LPEA) and PSIK, co-hosted the Luxembourg Private Equity Seminar in Warsaw, kindly hosted by our Corporate Member Domanski Zakrzewski Palinka (DZP).

The seminar brought together professionals from Poland and Luxembourg to explore Luxembourg fund structures, operational models, and legal and tax developments affecting cross-border investment. Key takeaways highlighted Luxembourg’s stability, Poland’s growing startup ecosystem, and the importance of the right teams and partners for success.

We thank our partners for hosting this valuable discussion and fostering knowledge exchange between the Polish and Luxembourgish PE/VC markets.
