Róża Zalech
Joins LPCC’s Expert Pool

 

We are pleased to welcome Róża Zalech, Manager, Legal and Transactions Services, Private Equity at Langham Hall Luxembourg S. à r.l., to LPCC’s pool of experts.

 

Róża Zalech leads the Legal and Transaction Services team at Langham Hall, specialising in private equity funds. She has over 10 years of experience in legal and corporate governance.

 

Róża has been based in Luxembourg since 2020, bringing expertise in a wide range of fund-related transactions and legal matters, including structuring, regulatory compliance, and lifecycle events in line with Luxembourg law and AIFMD.
