Igor Jelinski-Gaillardin: Co-Owner & CEO at FreeLens TV

 

Expertise area: Audiovisual production and communication for live events and storytelling videos. / Strategy, Change Management and Turn around.

 

With over 25 years of experience in business development and change management for multinational, listed, and under LBO corporations, Igor specialises in improving the bottom line by implementing tough efficiencies, transforming business systems, and redesigning organisations. Over the past quarter-century, Igor has served as CEO in various industries such as FMCG, chemicals, and automotive, and has worked in numerous countries, including France, Poland, the United Kingdom, Ukraine, Turkey, and Germany.

 

Igor holds a Master’s degree in Management and Finance from LIBS (École Supérieure de Commerce) in Paris, which was integrated into PBS (Paris School of Business), as well as from the University of North Carolina in Wilmington. He has also completed the Strategy in Action program with Cranfield School of Management and the High-Performance Leadership program at the International Institute for Management Development (IMD).

 

In 2018, Igor acquired FreeLens, an audiovisual production company in Luxembourg, and has since focused on its strong development. Thanks to his corporate experience, Igor continues to advise CEOs on a regular basis and is a member of supervisory boards.
