USIL Therapeutics joins the LPCC network, bringing expertise in the development of next-generation medical countermeasures against the effects of ionizing radiation. The Luxembourg-based biotechnology company focuses on acute radiation syndrome (ARS) and radiological preparedness, advancing patented radioprotective solutions for applications in healthcare, emergency response, nuclear safety, aerospace, and strategic resilience.

 

Meet the expert: José Morente, Head of Communications and Manufacturing at USIL Therapeutics, brings over 25 years of international leadership experience across communications, operations, marketing, sales, and public affairs. Having held senior roles at General Motors and Delphi across Europe, Asia, Australia, and the United States, he now advises USIL Therapeutics on communications, manufacturing, and procurement strategy.

LPCC Supports Women Innovators

 

We were proud to sponsor the 2nd prize at the Women’s Startup Pitch Evening, organised by the British Ladies’ Club on 4 June 2026. It was awarded to Jess Bauldry for her innovative business idea called EarGlasses, an educational platform teaching media literacy, critical thinking and intercultural dialogue to young people through podcasting. Congratulations!

 

As part of the recognition, Jess will join LPCC's Entrepreneurial Woman Project (EWP), which offers structured workshops and community support for women entrepreneurs in Luxembourg. 

 

The event also sparked a wider reflection within LPCC on what comes after startup pitch events, and why women entrepreneurs in Luxembourg benefit from structured support beyond initial visibility.

Polish Fintech Startups Explore Luxembourg's Financial Ecosystem

 

In early June 2026, Luxembourg-Poland Chamber of Commerce welcomed eleven Polish fintech startups to Luxembourg as part of the “Start-ups Are Us” programme, organised by the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (PARP). 

 

From meetings at LHoFT and Luxinnovation to a session with the Luxembourg Bankers’ Association, the delegation got a firsthand look at one of Europe’s most dynamic financial centres — and LPCC was there to open the doors.

PE/VC Fund Operations Conference & Summer Networking Evening

 

On 16 June 2026, LPCC, together with L3A and LPEA hosted its traditional Summer Business Party in Luxembourg, combining an industry-focused conference with an extended networking evening at EY Luxembourg.

 

The event brought together private equity and venture capital professionals to discuss key industry trends and offered a relaxed setting to reconnect and strengthen Luxembourg–Poland business ties ahead of the summer season.

LPCC Team in Warsaw for Luxembourg National Day

 

Members of the LPCC Team had the pleasure of attending the celebration of Luxembourg’s National Day hosted by the Embassy of Luxembourg in Poland in Warsaw.

 

The event provided an excellent opportunity to connect with representatives of the diplomatic, business, and institutional communities while celebrating the strong ties between Luxembourg and Poland.
